These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by farbgefuehl<\/em> \u2013 Verena Schr\u00f6cker, especially for graphic design, visual concepts, branding, print preparation and accompanying creative projects.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

My clients know my style \u2013 natural, intuitive, and clear in expression. Every design bears my signature and is created with great sensitivity.

The scope of services will be determined jointly during the briefing. Two revision loops (depending on the offer) are included.
Further adjustments and requests for changes outside the agreed framework will be offered and charged separately.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

All designs, drafts, and ideas remain copyrighted. Upon full payment, you receive the agreed, non-exclusive rights of use.

The General Terms and Conditions (GTCs) <\/a>and the General Data Protection Regulation<\/a>\u00a0

They are part of a separately signed and valid contract with the clients.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

The fee is based on the individually agreed offer. As a small business owner, no sales tax is charged (Section 6 (1) (27) of the German Value Added Tax Act).
Invoices are due within 10 days of the invoice date without deductions. Partial invoices may be issued for larger projects.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

7. Withdrawal & Cancellation<\/h6>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

If an order is terminated prematurely, all services rendered up to that point and the time spent must be paid for.
Designs already created may not be reused. Cancellation free of charge is only possible before work begins.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
