General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
for color feeling | Verena Schröcker – Design with feeling & flair
1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by farbgefuehl – Verena Schröcker, especially for graphic design, visual concepts, branding, print preparation and accompanying creative projects.
2. Style & design freedom
My clients know my style – natural, intuitive, and clear in expression. Every design bears my signature and is created with great sensitivity.
Please note: Complaints regarding style, color selection, typography or graphic means are excluded.
3. Scope of services & changes
The scope of services will be determined jointly during the briefing. Two revision loops (depending on the offer) are included.
Further adjustments and requests for changes outside the agreed framework will be offered and charged separately.
4. Collaboration & Participation
Open and timely cooperation is important for a good result.
Please provide all required content such as text, images or logos in a timely manner.
The legal review of this content (e.g. usage rights, imprint requirements) is your responsibility.
5. Copyright & Rights of Use
All designs, drafts, and ideas remain copyrighted. Upon full payment, you receive the agreed, non-exclusive rights of use.
Any distribution, modification or use for other purposes is only permitted with express written consent.
The General Terms and Conditions (GTCs) and the General Data Protection Regulation
are on the contractor's website (www.farbgefuehl.at) insightful.
They are part of a separately signed and valid contract with the clients.
6. Remuneration & Payment Terms
The fee is based on the individually agreed offer. As a small business owner, no sales tax is charged (Section 6 (1) (27) of the German Value Added Tax Act).
Invoices are due within 10 days of the invoice date without deductions. Partial invoices may be issued for larger projects.
7. Withdrawal & Cancellation
If an order is terminated prematurely, all services rendered up to that point and the time spent must be paid for.
Designs already created may not be reused. Cancellation free of charge is only possible before work begins.
8. Reference
I reserve the right to display completed projects as references on my website, in presentations or on social media – unless expressly agreed otherwise.
9. Liability
I assume no liability for content provided by you.
Likewise, I am not liable for print results or technical implementations by external service providers. Final control and approval always rests with you.
10. Final provisions
Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
Place of performance and jurisdiction is – to the extent legally permissible – Leibnitz, Austria.
